Blue Door Development Co Ltd is a small, friendly family company established in 2005. We like to pride ourselves in offering a personal, bespoke service to all our clients & have evolved into a multi task construction, project management and design & development company.
A compact company structure allows us to provide a tailored service where attention to detail, quality and strenuous cost control are the driving factors to the company ethos ‘craftsmen in construction’. Geographically, we work throughout the region of East Anglia and have taken on ‘special’ projects in other parts of the UK, France and Switzerland.

Coordination of project management from inception of the ‘first flicker’ of an idea through to completion. Leading and directing the client in the construction process to the appointment of architects, engineers, establishing budgets at inception, detailed costings on the completion of the design process to the management of the full construction package, coordinating the programme with full monitoring of construction costs.
